01About these terms

These terms govern your use of the GhostTrader website, the free tools we publish, and GhostTraderOS. GhostTrader is the company. GhostTraderOS is the trading software it builds. By using any of them, you agree to what is written here.

GhostTraderOS is in active development and access is currently limited to a waitlist. Some of what these terms describe applies to the software once you are granted access, not to the public website alone. We update these terms as the product develops, and continued use after a change means you accept the current version.

02What GhostTraderOS is, and is not

GhostTraderOS is execution infrastructure. It takes a trading signal from a strategy you supply and routes it to broker accounts you control, applying the risk rules you set. It does not generate strategies, it does not tell you what to trade, and it does not make decisions on your behalf.

You bring the strategy and the broker account. The software is the layer between them.

03Not financial advice

Nothing on this website, in these tools, or produced by GhostTraderOS is financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not recommend trades, assets, strategies, or position sizes. Any figures, examples, or indicator outputs are for information only.

You are solely responsible for every trading decision made through your accounts, including which strategy you run, how you configure risk, and when you turn the system on or off.

04Trading risk

Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in some accounts more than your initial deposit. Automated execution does not reduce market risk. It executes your decisions faster and more consistently, including your losing ones.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should understand the instruments you are trading before you automate them.

05Non-custodial by design

GhostTraderOS never holds your funds and never holds your broker credentials. You log into your own broker terminal, on your own machine, and the software attaches to a session you have already authenticated. Your capital stays in your own broker account at all times.

Because of this, you are responsible for the security of your own machine, your broker login, and the terminal the software runs alongside. We cannot access, move, or recover funds, and we cannot act on your accounts on your behalf.

06Access, accounts, and eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use automated trading tools where you live. Access to GhostTraderOS is granted through the waitlist and, where applicable, an operator license. We may decline or withdraw access at our discretion.

If you are given account credentials or a license, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under them. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to use GhostTrader or GhostTraderOS to break the law, to abuse a broker's or data provider's terms, to interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.

• No reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software without a written agreement.
• No reverse engineering, copying, or extracting the software beyond what the law allows.
• No uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt other users or accounts.
• No using the free tools or the site to misrepresent GhostTrader or impersonate it.

08Free tools

We publish a set of free tools for the wider trading community, which may include indicators, a position risk calculator, and a trade journal. These are provided as-is, at no cost, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. They are information tools, not advice, and the trading-risk and no-advice terms above apply to them in full.

09Third-party services

GhostTraderOS depends on services we do not control, including your broker, your trading platform such as MetaTrader 5 or NinjaTrader 8, signal sources such as TradingView, your machine, and your internet connection. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, pricing, execution, or decisions.

A delay or failure in any of these can affect whether and how a trade is placed. You accept that risk as part of using automated execution.

10Availability and changes

The software and the website are provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them, including during development, without notice. We may also update, add, or remove features and adjust how components work as the system evolves.

11Warranty disclaimer

GhostTrader and GhostTraderOS are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that execution will be timely, accurate, or error-free. You use them at your own risk.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostTrader is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the tools, or GhostTraderOS, including from outages, errors, third-party failures, or your own configuration.

You use automated execution understanding that you, not GhostTrader, carry the market risk and the outcome of every trade.

13Indemnity

You agree to hold GhostTrader harmless from claims, losses, or costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or any third party's rights, including your broker's or data provider's terms.

14Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where we are required to. The sections on trading risk, no advice, warranty disclaimer, liability, and indemnity survive termination.

15Governing law and contact

These terms are provided by GhostTrader, operated from Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, and are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you have any questions about them, reach us through the contact options on the GhostTrader website.
